Closed Joint-Stock Company "INTECH" started its activity on November 19, 2002 (certificate №002080854, as of 19.11.2002, registration №1026102582428).

According to the objectives set forth in the Statute, the Company is developing in three main areas: information technologies, land development, and appraisal. 

Information technologies. This mostly includes engineering design, installation of structured cabling systems and construction of "smart buildings".

Land development. Besides regular works, support of the whole cycle is provided: land plot selection, processing documents for the construction period, drawing up territorial land planning project, land survey, preparation of land survey documentation, documentation support and representation of the customer's interests during state cadastral recording and registration of the title for a land plot.

Appraisal. This is a strategic and long-term field of activity. It includes assessment of tangible and intangible assets invested in registered funds of enterprises, appraisal of property prepared for sale, valuation of buildings, constructions and other property
