Before 29.11.2007 this company's name was BTR Beratung und Treuhand Ring Berlin GmbH but due to modifications in the Commercial Register changed for NEXIA Berlin GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.

The company was founded more than 12 years ago in Berlin while Germany was going through some crucial changes in its political life. As of today the company consists of 24 offices of audit bureau. The office located in the center of Berlin employs 17 highly professional experts among whom there are auditors, tax advisors and specialists as well as administrative workers. The company services clients of different legal forms and different scale but its clientele mainly consists of small and medium sized enterprises.
