German-Russian Forum stands for a broad public dialogue with Russia. It is a nonpartisan union, which only pursues goals valuable to community, is formed and funded by its members working in the field of politics, economics, mass media and culture. Membership can be received by cooptation. The Forum program includes conferences, seminars and consultations which cover the main spheres of non-governmental cooperation and boost the two-way dialogue.  The Forum provides platforms for discussion of political and economical subjects, for cultural meetings, assistance to young leaders, and regional cooperation. The Forum cooperates with non-governmental organizations, funds, governmental institutions, and enterprises of Germany and Russia. This cooperation enables to ingrate the Forum programs into the existing networks and provides German-Russian Forum with public attention and approval in both countries.
