technology, production costs reduction, energy saving, penetration to new

Our company works out different
types of budgets for the best providing of conformity between different plans
and for efficient resource allocation. The advantage of the budgets consists in
that they not only answer how many and what resources are required but show the
sources of their renewal. The quantitative assessment of resources and goals is
the essential feature of the budget. More often our budgets are worked out and assessed
on the basis of cost parameters, but sometimes time, labor and natural
parameters are applied. Quantitative parameters of the budget give you the opportunity
to evaluate, compare and coordinate the different aspects of your organization
activity.
