  • Holding a tender concerning the sale of a land site or the right to a tenant rent

  • Legal expertise of documents concerning rights for a land site and corporate documents of the ownership rights

10. Import, purchase and installation of manufacturing facilities

Supervision of customs delivery of goods and equipment:

  • Developing recommendations concerning various modes of equipment delivery in accordance with the tax and customs legislation
  • Obtaining preliminary and final solutions in relation to the classification of goods, including the preparation of the documents to be submitted to customs authorities
  • Signing of contracts for equipment importation and installation
  • "Customs clearance" of imported equipment (under certain circumstances imported technological equipment is exempted from payment of VAT and customs duty on imported goods)
  • Obtaining special permits to store goods on the Buyer's storage area
  • Customs clearance for building structures and equipment delivery

11. Final official state inspection of a completed construction project for acceptance of a plant for use

  • Making-up the final inspection certificate; city mayor's resolution to start object use

12. Registration of property rights for an object (buildings, constructions, etc.)

  • Supervision of property right acquisition procedure - property right is confirmed in the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Property and the Certificate of the Property Right Registration by the State
