On August 20, 2009, based on the MauerGroup application and in compliance with the «MICEX Stock Exchange» Rules of listing, permission for securities placement and circulation as well as Regulation on listing agents’ accreditation, «MICEX Stock Exchange» management resolved to prolong MauerGroup accreditation as a listing agent for 2 more years. Both parties hope for the long-standing and mutually beneficial cooperation.
