2. Negotiations, meetings and business correspondence with the parties, meeting the requirements of the potential partner in the company' s interest.
3. Preparation of the meetings and organization of negotiations with the parties, meeting the requirements of the potential partner on the territory of RF.
4. Assistance and representation of company's interest in the process of negotiations with the potential partner, including interpreting services
5. Drafting of cooperation agreement with the potential partner, agreement of conditions and legal advisory services when concluding it with the potential partner. Submission of the agreement in German.
6. Drafting of labor agreement.

Outcome

Suspension of execution of the order in connection with changing of the decision of the customer regarding joint activity on the territory of the Russian Federation.
