Our steps

1. Consultations on legal, economic and financial issues, related to the establishment and registration on the territory of the Russian Federation in Rostov-on-Don representation office of the foreign company.
2. Drafting of Regulation on representation office of the foreign legal entity.
3. Preparation of power of attorney, issued to the head of representation office on behalf of the head company in France.
4. Formation of documents for the representation office of the foreign company.
5. Carrying out a complex of measures, aimed at accreditation of the representation office of the foreign legal entity in the State registration chamber within the RF Ministry of Justice.
6. Elaboration of report in English and Russian on Russian corporate legislation and foreign capital forms in the entrepreneurial activity on the territory of Russia with recommendations to choose business structure of the enterprise functioning.
7. Drafting of agreements.
