Implementation of investment project - construction and putting into operation of can-producing plant.

Our steps

1. Assistance of the project at the initial stage of works.
2. Rendering consulting services on legal and tax issues on the basis of Assignments (Requests) of the Customer.
3. Representing interests of the company in close cooperation with the company and upon its preliminary consent in the state, municipal and other bodies in the RF as well as commercial and non-commercial organizations with the right of submission and receipt of relevant documents.
4. Holding negotiations with IPA.
5. Telephone conferences and meetings between IPA and ВРЕ.
6. Agreement of transaction terms.
7. Agreement of IPA comments to the submitted draft of purchase agreement of shares of shell companies.
8. Carrying out legal, tax and bookkeeping examination (Due Diligence) of the activity and status of shell companies so that the Customer can purchase them.
9. Written translation of documentation from English into Russian and vice versa.

Outcome

1. Drawing up reports on Due Diligence (legal, tax and bookkeeping examination) of the activity and status of shell companies so that the Customer can purchase them.
2. Signing of the purchase agreement of shares of shell companies.

The project is being currently implemented.
