Goal

Diagnostics  of the existing system, analysis of proposed options for companies merger, development of merger scheme as well as business-plan for establishing single enterprise (taking into account budget resources (form of cooperation) for the electro transport infrastructure development).

Our steps

1. Diagnostics of structure and interrelation of city electro transport companies, legal and financial characteristics of their activity, also existing investment plans of development for companies and city's electro transport in general.
2. Identifying problematic spheres within the structure of companies' interrelation and elaboration of merger scheme - companies into the holding structure, considering established level of business relations of the companies as well as legal structures and attitude of the owners towards the reforming of electro transport.
3. Drafting of project's business-plan for the activity of the structure to be launched with a possible option of attracting budget resources (form of cooperation) for the electro transport infrastructure development and social impact from the implementation of project on the city infrastructure.

Outcome

1. Providing a client with documentation to show the principle issues and risks of the suggested project and possible consequences of its implementation as well as recommendations for eliminating such risks and optimizing the procedure of the company merger.  
2. Business-plan development and submission to the municipal authorities for consideration.
